Fettucine with Ham and Mascarpone

Yield: 4 servings



Cook the pasta until al dente, in boiling salted water. Cut the ham in 1/2 inch strips. Put ham in a pan with 1 tbsp. Mascarpone and cook for 5 minutes. Put the remaining Mascarpone, Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste in a heated bowl and stir. Add the hot fettuccine and ham to the cream mixture. Mix well and serve at once.
